How does BakeBros determine when to verify me?

BakeBros.com uses proprietary software and methods to determine that a transaction was completed by the authorized cardholder.

We review every transaction against a set of criteria to determine whether it needs further verification. If a transaction does not yet meet our standard for identity verification, we will contact you.

If we ask for identity information it does not mean that we believe the transaction to not be legitimate, it simply means that we have insufficient data to reasonably conclude that the transaction was made by an authorized party.

How often will I be asked to verify my identity?

BakeBros.com evaluates every order individually. You may never be asked to verify your identity in the course of your business with us.

How do I verify my identity?

We have several options available to verify your identity. We will contact you either by email or phone. Some of these methods may include asking for personally identifying information or information regarding the transactions.

What if I'm not comfortable with the process?

We will make every effort to be as non-intrusive as possible and provide a multitude of options for verification. However, if you do not wish to participate in the process at all we will have to give you a full refund.
