How do I make a return?

What types of returns will you accept?

We pride ourselves on having the best returns policy in the industry. It's so generous, we called it BakedReturns. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return any unused and unopened item within 30 calendar days of item receipt for any reason. We guarantee our products against defects in quality and workmanship for up to 30 days after item receipt.

Who pays for return shipping?

In the interest of providing the absolute best customer experience, BakeBros offers free returns for all orders within the Continental United States, whether it didn't work or you simply didn't like it and want something else.

What are the requirements?

Claims for defects in workmanship or quality must be initiated within 30 calendar days of item receipt. Return requests must also be made within this period.

Any item returned must not be used in any way whatsoever.

Returned items must be sent back in the exact condition in which they arrived.

Paid courtesy returns are only guaranteed within the Continental United States. We will consider other returns on a case by case basis. We reserve the right the restrict this service for exceptionally heavy or bulky items.

We do not issue cash refunds for orders that we successfully fulfilled. We will provide an exchange or store credit for all returns. We will replace defective items with an item of equivalent value, or provide equivalent store credit to the customer.

Online orders may be returned at our retail store, but please note that credit will only be awarded by customer service. You may drop off your return, but we will not grant credit until the return has been evaluated. Retail store personnel are not trained or authorized to handle online returns.

BakedReturns are a courtesy to the customer. We reserve the right to terminate our business with a customer if this policy is abused.

Are there any fees?

We have eliminated restocking fees for returns. We will provide 100% compensation in the form of an exchange or store credit.

Exceptionally heavy items may be assessed a freight recoupment charge.

How do I request a return?

We now offer an industry leading return service. You can simply request a return and print your label yourself.
