What are your terms and conditions of service?

Returns policy provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will accept any return provided that you contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt.

For broken, damaged, or incorrect items, we will pay for return shipping. If you simply don’t like your item, you pay for return shipping.

If you receive a damaged item, you must retain both the damaged or defective item, the packing materials, including box, in which it came. If both the item and packing materials are not retained, your return claim will be denied.

In the case of items received damaged, we may ask for pictures of both the item(s) and the packaging. Pictures must be taken immediately upon receipt, in exactly the condition in which the item and packaging arrived. Items must not be used in any way whatsoever. Using an item or discarding the packaging are grounds for immediate denial of your claim.

Defect claims after the 3 day return period will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and granted or denied at our sole discretion after we have conducted an investigation of the issue. Damage claims arising from customer misuse of a product will be denied.

Items that have been used, opened, or are no longer in new and saleable condition may not be returned.

Returns will be compensated as store credit or as exchanges. We will not provide cash refunds.

Any return, for any reason, must be initiated within 3 calendar days of item receipt.

No other warranty is implied or provided. Though other warranties or guarantees may be available through the manufacturer, we will follow our own policy in all instances. If a manufacturer offers a warranty or guarantee beyond that provided by, it is 100% the responsibility of the customer to secure an agreement with the manufacturer for fulfillment of the manufacturer's warranty or other guarantee.

Where there is a conflict between policy and a manufacturer's stated warranty, our policies will always supersede the conflicting clause.

Right to refuse service will make every possible effort to avoid cancelling orders and to resolve any potential issues before cancellation. In the rare circumstance that we are unable to resolve an issue and we have to cancel an order, we will promptly refund the order and contact the customer. reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, though we prefer to avoid this if at all possible.



We will ship to virtually any address in the United States. Some products may be restricted in various localities and will not be sent to those locations.

We will ship most items to most countries in the world, with a few exceptions. Hazardous goods such as any butane or fuel product will only be shipped within the Continental United States and to Canada.

Unfortunately, due to the complexity and ever changing nature of these restrictions we cannot provide a comprehensive list.

If you purchase an item that we cannot ship, you will promptly be notified by email and promptly issued a refund.

We offer free shipping in the United States. Selection of shipping carriers and methods are at our sole discretion. Orders may be consolidated or split into multiple packages without prior notice. Most domestic orders will be filled within 1 - 2 business days, and arrive 2 – 5 business days thereafter. offers the most competitive international shipping rates in our industry. Sales orders with multiple items will be charged on a combined weight basis to give you the best possible rate.

It is the duty of the customer to pay all applicable duties and fees imposed by his or her government. We will not pay them for you. will automatically calculate the weight of your items and give you the lowest possible rate for your shipping locale. even provides store prices in multiple currencies, use the widget at the top of the page to select your local currency.


Privacy policy is committed to maintaining the highest levels of privacy for our customers. Every package is discreetly labeled with a generic name. No clue will be given as to what is in the package. will never share any of your information with third parties. BakeBros does not collect or retain your financial information. All transactions are conducted through a third-party payment provider, we never see nor retain your confidential payment information. is tested daily by outside vendors for security flaws that could lead to data compromise. Your security is our foremost concern.
