I received a wrong item. What now?

We are extremely sorry for the issue. Although we make every effort to fulfill orders in an accurate manner, sometimes we make mistakes. We will take care of you.

The first step it to take pictures of the item(s) you received as well as the packaging in which it came. Please also take pictures of the shipping label and any packing slip that came with your order.

The next step is to send us an email and your pictures. You must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your item. Error claims made after this period will be denied.

After we receive your request, we will contact you with the most appropriate solution.
